Pressure Washing Types

Through the years property managers have called pressure washing by number of different names but at the end of the day they always want the same thing, results.

Below are several common terms for pressure washing. Each of them refers to the same service and no matter what you call it, we will know what you’re talking about.

Pressure Washing

The service is referred to by this name because the jets of water used while cleaning can be pressurized up to 3000 pounds per square inch.

Steam Cleaning

The service is referred to by this name because the water used during the process is heated to 250° F. It is common for steam to rise up off the surface after it has been cleaned by the supper heated water.

Power Cleaning

The service is referred to by this name to describe how effective it is. The only way to get a property looking cleaner is if its new.
